Mark Kelleher

Mark has always lived in Saskatoon (other than a few infant years) and been involved in residential construction for the past 12 years. During those years he completed two accounting degrees at the University of Saskatchewan and realized his passion was in construction.

Peter Sembalerus - Construction Manager

Peter was born and raised in Saskatoon and is a third generation carpenter. His family has constructed quality buildings around the province for over 100 years. Peter is keen on new building products and techniques to improve the quality of construction. The combination of his generational knowledge with current building products produces premier buildings.

Jordan Hoffort - Apprentice Carpenter

Another local boy who was born and raised in Saskatoon. Jordan is currently enrolled at Saist and will become a Journeyperson Carpenter. Under the very watchful eyes of Peter, Jordon is well on his way to becoming a master carpenter.
